Please note that there are only 90 places available on the course due to space constraints and it is first come first served, so we recommend that you book as soon as possible   If you are registered with the mailing list (join using the form on the right sidebar) then we will send you an email as soon as the bookings open, anyone who registered last year and has not unsubscribed will be retained on the list.

• Up to one month before the weekend – full refund will be made, less the PayPal fee of 2.8%+£0.30 if you paid by PayPal.
• One month to one week before the weekend – 50% refund
• Less than one week before the weekend – no refund
• The above notwithstanding, the organisers will consider cancellations due to exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

The organisers present the weekend programme and personnel as shown in all good faith but reserve the right to cancel or alter some or all of the scheduled programme if unavoidable or exceptional circumstances demand. In the event of a tutor becoming unavailable due to such circumstances, the organisers will endeavour to either arrange a substitute tutor or offer a full refund of the course fee to affected participants. The organisers cannot refund accommodation costs or other expenses under any circumstances whatsoever.
